Information for Referring Attorneys
Morris & Doherty is regularly called upon to represent clients referred to us by attorneys. In addition to confirming all referral relationships in writing, we encourage referring counsel to remain involved in the progress of the case so to maintain client contact where desired.
Morris & Doherty also undertakes representation for the sole purpose of trying a case. We recognize that attorneys are sometimes reluctant, either because of time or resource constraints, to take a matter to trial.
