July, 2006 - Morris & Doherty has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a doctor whose office manager embezzled over $2 million. The complaint alleges Comerica Bank violated both Michigan and federal law when it accepted for deposit hundreds of checks containing forged endorsements. Paul Doherty is lead counsel. - [more]

June, 2006 - Ed Morris appeared before the 6th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals to argue on behalf of a 73 year old dentist who was the victim of age discrimination. In the trial court, the jury returned a verdict of $480,000. A decision is expected before year end. - [more]
